Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Tovrino Chimney handles personal information for its website, chimney inspection and estimate requests, appointment coordination, referrals and related support in New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Read it with the Terms & Conditions.
For privacy questions or requests, email tovrino100@gmail.com. Reading this policy or using the website is not consent to unrelated marketing, call recording or a new use of personal information.
2. Who We Are and What We Do
Tovrino Chimney receives chimney inspection and estimate requests and refers or coordinates them with independently owned and operated service providers (“Service Providers”). The Service Provider performs the field service and charges the customer directly.
Service Providers are responsible for their field services, including the agreed scope and price, customer authorization, payment collection, transaction documents, any warranties they give, and applicable licensing, registration, insurance and safety requirements. A referral does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on Tovrino Chimney for its own conduct.
Tovrino Chimney may receive compensation from Service Providers for referral, marketing, scheduling or related business services. See Section 11 for the privacy implications of compensated sharing.
3. Information We May Collect
The service form asks for your full name, telephone number, ZIP code and inspection or estimate preference. A submission also includes the form location, language, a request identifier and an anti-spam field to help process the request.
If you contact us by telephone or email or provide information while arranging a service, we may receive your email address, service address, appointment preferences, relevant property or service details, communications and complaint or feedback information. The website does not offer document or photo upload fields.
A privacy email may contain your contact information, the type of request and information reasonably needed to locate your earlier interaction. Please provide only information relevant to your request and do not attach identity documents to an ordinary email.
4. Information We Do Not Need for Ordinary Service Requests
We do not need Social Security numbers, passport numbers, banking credentials, medical information or payment-card details to respond to an ordinary chimney service request. Do not send this information through the website or ordinary email.
5. Lead Forms, Advertising and Online Platforms
If you choose to contact Tovrino Chimney through an advertisement, social-media page, messaging platform or that platform’s lead form, we may receive the information you submit there to respond to and coordinate your request.
The platform separately processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Its practices may differ from those of this website.
6. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the website, hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request times, requested pages and technical or security logs. This information supports site delivery, troubleshooting, security and prevention of misuse.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a short-lived signed confirmation cookie, __Host-tc_receipt, to verify access to a request-received page after an accepted request. It contains an opaque request identifier and expiry, not your name, phone number or ZIP code. It normally lasts ten minutes and is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It is limited to this host.
Local storage remembers your optional-motion setting (tovrino-chimney-motion-paused) until you change it or clear site data. Separate, dated local-storage entries remember an optional advertising-measurement choice for up to 180 days. Session storage can briefly hold opaque event identifiers to link a consented, accepted request with its verified confirmation and prevent duplicate measurement.
The footer’s “Cookie & privacy choices” control lets you keep optional measurement off or change your choice. A callback request works without allowing it. Closing or declining an unanswered notice keeps it off. Read the cookie and browser-storage inventory for purposes, names, lifetimes and limitations. Browser settings can block or clear storage; clearing browser storage does not delete a request, an email or a CRM record.
8. Analytics and Advertising
Where configured, optional OpenAI advertising measurement stays off until you explicitly allow it. The OpenAI Pixel SDK is not loaded by this integration before that permission. Supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep it off, and you can turn it off using the footer’s privacy choices.
After permission, the Pixel can use ad-click and browser signals and first-party cookies to associate an accepted request with advertising. The SDK may automatically detect supported contact details from forms and hash them in your browser for matching. Hashing does not make the information anonymous. Measurement can send information to OpenAI under OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
Our event code uses an opaque request identifier for duplicate prevention and does not deliberately pass your form contact values or page URL as event fields. SDK automatic collection and matching are separate. A measured conversion requires an accepted request and verified confirmation; enabling measurement later does not replay a request made while it was off.
Turning measurement off stops future measurement through this integration, clears pending work and asks the loaded SDK to disable measurement. The controls remove known first-party measurement cookies within this host’s scope where they can do so. They cannot recall information already received by a provider, erase business records or change a choice saved on another website. Read Cookies & privacy choices.
Social-media and advertising platforms may process interactions on their own services under their own policies. Submitting a callback form does not provide consent to unrelated marketing. Any applicable right to opt out of targeted advertising or legally defined sales remains in effect; use the privacy-request contact below for requests beyond these browser controls.
9. How We Use Personal Information
We use information supplied with a service request to respond, check coverage and availability, coordinate the requested service with an independent provider, arrange appointment details and provide related support. Relevant communications may also be used to address feedback or complaints, investigate suspected misuse, maintain necessary business records, comply with applicable law and establish or defend legal claims.
Privacy requests are handled for privacy administration. Sending a privacy email does not request an inspection or authorize marketing.
10. Sharing Information With Independent Service Providers
We may share information reasonably needed to respond to your service request with an independent Service Provider involved in handling that request. This can include your name, telephone number, service address, requested service, appointment details and relevant notes you supply. An email address may be shared where reasonably needed for the requested service.
The provider may contact you about the request, explain the proposed service and price, obtain authorization, perform the agreed work, collect payment and handle a service-related concern. This does not provide permission for unrelated marketing or unrestricted distribution of your contact information.
An independent provider has its own legal responsibilities for personal information it receives. Tovrino Chimney’s applicable responsibilities are not removed merely by describing a recipient as independent.
11. Tovrino Chimney Compensation and Information Sharing
Tovrino Chimney may receive compensation from independent providers for referral, marketing, scheduling or related business services. Information may be shared to coordinate the service you requested.
Whether a compensated arrangement is a legally defined sale depends on the actual data flow, consideration, applicable law and any relevant exception. A referral or service-fee label does not by itself establish an exemption from privacy law.
To request an opt-out or raise a concern, email tovrino100@gmail.com or use the privacy choices below. Applicable opt-out and consent rights remain in effect. Sharing information to respond to a service request does not authorize unrelated marketing.
12. Other Business and Technology Providers
We use technology providers to host and protect the website, store and administer requests, deliver owner-notification emails and support request management. Request records may be copied to our business request-management system and sent to the business inbox at tovrino100@gmail.com so they can be handled. These operational messages are separate from optional advertising measurement and do not subscribe you to marketing.
Vercel hosts the website and Neon stores the regional request records. Where connected, email-delivery and customer-management providers process the information needed to deliver or administer a request. The email service used for the contact address also processes communications sent there. Professional or technical support may receive information reasonably needed for a specific business or legal purpose.
Information disclosed for these purposes is subject to applicable privacy and security requirements. A technology provider may have its own privacy policy for information it processes independently. An accepted website request does not itself prove that an owner email has been delivered or that an external request-management service has completed synchronization.
13. Payment Information
Payment for field services is handled directly between the customer and the independent Service Provider. The website does not provide a payment-card field or authorize a charge when you submit a callback request.
Do not send full credit-card numbers, bank-account credentials or other payment credentials through ordinary website forms or email. Obtain payment terms, an invoice or receipt and any refund terms from the provider before paying.
14. Telephone Calls and Call Recording
The website itself does not record calls. Clicking a telephone link opens your device’s calling application; it does not authorize recording. Submitting a callback request is not call-recording consent.
If a telephone call is recorded or monitored, advance notice and all legally required consents must be obtained before recording begins. Recording must be limited to a lawful, disclosed purpose. Calls involving Pennsylvania or uncertain participant locations must be handled with the applicable all-party consent requirements in mind.
15. Telephone and Text Communications
Submitting a service form requests a callback from Tovrino Chimney, or an independent Service Provider assigned to handle your request, about your selected chimney inspection or estimate. The request may involve confirming availability, service details or an appointment.
The callback request is not consent to unrelated marketing, prerecorded promotional calls, recurring automated marketing texts or call recording. To ask that nonessential contact stop, email tovrino100@gmail.com. Any contact about a privacy request is limited to handling that request.
16. Email Communications
Email tovrino100@gmail.com for questions, service-related support, privacy requests or appeals. We may respond to the matter you raise and send information reasonably needed to handle it.
Sending a privacy or support email does not enroll you in a marketing list or provide consent to unrelated promotional messages.
17. Customer Follow-Up and Quality Assurance
We may follow up about your request or appointment to ask whether the provider arrived, the requested service occurred or further support is needed. Relevant information may be used to address pricing or authorization concerns, complaints, suspected misconduct or service-related disputes.
Follow-up or communication support does not by itself establish that Tovrino Chimney performed or supervised a provider’s field work. Actual conduct and applicable law determine each party’s responsibilities.
18. Legal Compliance and Protection
Personal information may be used, preserved or disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, investigate suspected fraud or unlawful activity, protect rights and safety, enforce lawful agreements, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Relevant information may need to be preserved for an actual dispute, investigation or legal obligation.
19. Data Retention
Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, service-request follow-up and support needs, security, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and any actual dispute or legal hold. Relevant information may need to be retained to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a complaint.
You may request deletion through the email process below. Applicable exceptions may limit deletion, and a request does not automatically erase records. Minimal suppression information may be needed to honor a request not to contact you. Any refusal or limitation is subject to applicable law and the appeal process described below.
20. Data Security
No website, email system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through these contact channels.
Applicable privacy, security and breach-notification requirements remain in effect, including relevant protections for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware residents. If you have a concern about information submitted to us, email tovrino100@gmail.com.
21. Children’s Privacy
The site is intended for adults authorized to arrange property services and is not directed to children. The forms do not request dates of birth or a child’s information. Do not submit personal information about a child.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s information was submitted, email tovrino100@gmail.com for review. Do not attach identity documents to an ordinary email. Any processing involving minors must follow applicable consent and protection requirements; this policy does not authorize sale, targeted advertising or sensitive-data processing involving a minor.
22. Privacy Rights
Privacy rights depend on your residence, applicable law, the information involved and whether the business meets statutory coverage requirements. Eligibility, exceptions and legally permitted verification procedures can affect a request.
Where the New Jersey Data Privacy Law or Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act applies, rights include access, correction, deletion, portability and opting out of covered sales, targeted advertising and significant-effect profiling. Delaware also provides a right to obtain categories of third-party recipients under the currently applicable law. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, use an authorized representative where permitted, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
For covered requests, the response period is generally 45 days, with one additional 45-day extension when permitted and explained on time. An adverse decision will include reasons and appeal instructions. Covered New Jersey appeals receive a written response within 45 days and Delaware appeals within 60 days. Statutory exceptions and more protective applicable requirements control. A denied appeal will include information about the appropriate regulator complaint channel where required.
To make a request or appeal, email tovrino100@gmail.com using the instructions in Section 24. Pennsylvania residents may use the same contact channel. Applicable consumer-protection, privacy and security duties remain in place; this policy does not promise that every state has identical statutory rights. No fee is charged merely to submit a request. Any legally permitted fee or refusal for excessive requests must be explained before action.
23. Browser-Based Privacy Signals
Supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional OpenAI advertising measurement off in this browser, even if an earlier choice allowed it. You can also use “Cookie & privacy choices” in the footer or email tovrino100@gmail.com for other applicable privacy opt-outs.
These signals do not delete a service request, prevent the operational handling of the callback you requested or recall an owner-notification email. Applicable privacy rights remain in effect. The website does not treat a browser signal as permission for a new use of personal information.
24. Submitting a Privacy Request
Email tovrino100@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal.” Describe whether you seek access, correction, deletion, an opt-out or an appeal, and provide enough information to identify your earlier interaction. You do not need to buy a service or create an account. A telephone number or ZIP code is not required merely to send an email request.
Do not email passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. We may request proportionate information to verify a request where permitted or required and arrange an appropriate method for any data copy or written response. Opt-out requests must not be subjected to verification requirements prohibited by law.
An authorized agent, parent or guardian may use the same email channel and explain their authority. For an appeal, identify the earlier request or decision. Privacy emails are handled for privacy administration and do not request an inspection or authorize marketing. Contacting us does not itself complete deletion, a provider opt-out or another requested action.
25. Third-Party Websites, Platforms and Services
Links or interactions may involve independent websites, platforms or Service Providers. Their own privacy policies and terms describe their practices. Review those policies before giving information directly to them. Their independent responsibilities do not remove any duty applicable law places on Tovrino Chimney.
26. Business Transfers
If Tovrino Chimney participates in a merger, acquisition, restructuring or similar business transfer, relevant personal information may be disclosed or transferred where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, including any required notice or consent.
27. International Users
The service area described on this website is in the United States. Technology providers may process information in the United States or other locations, subject to applicable law.
28. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The revision date identifies the latest update. Any additional notice or consent required by law for a material change must be provided or obtained before the relevant processing begins. Posting revised text alone does not supply consent.
29. Governing Law
Applicable federal law and mandatory state privacy and consumer-protection laws govern, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware where applicable. This policy does not select an exclusive out-of-state court, waive protected rights or override mandatory law because the business uses a particular brand.
